Health Coaching at Rockfish isn't a separate program you have to manage on top of your chiropractic care. It's woven in.

If we determine during your Movement Audit that the pattern you're dealing with is being driven (or amplified) by lifestyle factors, coaching becomes part of the plan. Same practitioner. Same protocol. Same exit criteria.

You'll leave each session with two or three specific changes to test. We re-test the next visit. Things that work, we keep. Things that don't, we adjust. No long lectures, no generic templates, no "wellness optimization" fluff.

The premise: your body is already trying to heal itself. The job is to remove what's blocking it. Sometimes that's restricted tissue. Sometimes that's a workday that re-creates the problem every 8 hours. We work both ends.
